Due to delayed reactions from bidding parties I send the project again. I'm searching for a company to make me an app for the iphone and androids. The application is about logging in with facebook account, user profiles, locations on map, adding details about locations on map, sending your position and read others position on map. The app should be linked to the website which have to been made. On this website you can register, changes personal deails and see the map with positions. There also should be a chatfunction within the app. After finishing the app, help is needed to publish it to the apple store etc. If im completely satisfied, a monthly service contract can be made. I also want to sell medical apps for pharmaceutical companies in Europe. I search a company to cooperate with me. i have medical knowledge and Dutch language, but no technical skills. So if you completely satisfy me with the project, maybe we can cooperate.

We would like to have detailed discussion but the first point is the budget for the app is very low .. such an app does require much higher budget [moderate budget] approx 2500 for one platform atleast.
