Hi, Went through your job proposal. The job is quite familiar to me. As I have already worked on java based face detection algorithm. One thing to ask you. There are several api's for this purpose are available. Are you interested on them ? Or you want to make a customised one ? And what's the other specs of the application ? Can you share please?
