Android App

Hi I need a android developer who can create a app about Presentations using recording screen. I ONLY NEED SOMEBODY TO CODE THIS FOR ME The user will record themselves(record screen), upload and share the video, then the reviewer will watch the video(review screen) and leave feedback(feedback screen) and the video will be in the video creators library(video Library) for them to see the videos they have created and to see what feedback has been left for them. These comments would come back to our servers and then associated with the video which will also then be on our servers for streaming playback. We will be charging on a subscription basis, so we are not planning on including any ads. Initially we will be using email addresses for log in and sending temp passwords when they sign up through our website. In the future we plan on allowing social media sharing, but for the initial MVP we are only going to share via email. So when the pitch creator enters an email of someone to share it with, that person will get an email with a temp password and instructions on how to download and sign-in to the app. I need this app done by the end of february. In terms of design I'll work on the design all i need is you to code and tell me the size of the design an items and ill provide those for you. Thanks
