Final product is the following: - Allows for entry of the following: Enter the Name of Organization, URL, Type of System, Is it incorporated or Not. - The research aspect: One organization may have 1 or more systems to store documents. I want to enter in the database the topics and subtopics and activities that an organization stores in its system. For example: Company A, has a system called Docuprise, the topics are: HR, IT. Under HR the subtopics are New Employees, Fired Employees. Under New Employees the activities are: Activity 1, Activity 2, . So the database has to be able to be queried to compare the topics/subtopics/activities each organization has. So each topic must be connected to subtopics and activities. And each topic to an organization that may have a number of systems.

Hi Respected Sir! I have read your requirements and understood to enough extent. Actually you want a database system that stores the data about the data an organization saves in its system. I have a handsome solution for it. I will develop an application in java and connect with it a database. You will be able to enter the data from application and search the data according to your need. It will have a screen, Where you will enter information about organization(Name, Type of System, URL, Incorporated or not). And one more screen on which you will enter the details about data that organization stores. And a search able interface where you will run your search queries according to your requirement.
