I will use raspberry Pi instead of Arduino because you need to see the result using your tablet and RPi is easier for this even if it's expensive then Arduino. Hello, I am experienced with Arduino as well as Raspberry Pi. I have built a prototype for strain gauge indicator from scratch based on Arduino which is also the same basis as a load cell with a full-bridge of strain gauges. I have a great experience and background in load cells and strain gauge configuration as well as conditioning and zero-balancing of wheatstone bridge circuit.
