I have checked your image files and its an easy job. I do all the routing manually for better signal integrity and better looks too. I have more than 5 years of heavy working experience in EAGLE and outstanding experience in building custom parts in that. I will prefer to work on fixed price @ 125 so I have placed my bid as 25x5=125. It may take 2 days time max to deliver the completed job.
