This project is for the young financial coder, presupposing he is interested in it, that I recommend this book called The Art and Science of Technical Analysis to. He is not a US Citizen. At any rate, I have $100 in this freelancer account and would like to hire him to code a simple EA out of three indicators. Slope Values, a Multi Timeframe 1M Bollinger Band Indicator that I already have, and a Trend Line. He is free to use the thing to make money and/or sell it however he likes. All I ask is that he work to attempt to improve it over time and share any new and useful improvements he figures out.
