I am a solidworks certified professional I have been in the design field for over 30 years. I know how much work is involved in this. because of my limited time on the site I cannot bid high enough on this project. My price is $2,750 usd. and 31days. I have to design a gigantic 5 acre complex, I have consider all of equipment in the entire 5 acre facility and calculate the service load. Then I have to design a solar system to offset 100% of daytime use and generate enough above that to recharge the battery bank that powers the facility all night. The outdoor fields will need lighting as well as the gigantic field house.....huge demand from HVAC for a building that size. 5 acres? you may need more than that just for the panels. This is a huge project. Check my profile. There's an image of a 5mW solar field I did for a client in the Yucatan. That maybe close to the size you need. Deliverables: A 3d model of the 5acre facility showing all buildings and solar field. The buildings will be ext. walls and interior layout and service areas no equipment, no structure no hvac no plumbing. no inside electrical. the connected electrical from the solar field to the complex will be representative not the actual equipment.
