I am seeking a highly organized individual or team to orchestrate a full-day conference dedicated to, knowledge sharing, skills development and networking in the health and wellness sector focused on cultivating conscious awareness and spiritual healing. Below are the key elements you'll need to plan: 1. **Skills Development Focus:** The conference's primary aim is to help participants enhance their skills in raising consciousness and deepening spiritual practices. This may include, but is not limited to, psychological wellness coaching, nutrition, physical and somatic practices, mental well-being, and complementary therapies. 2. **Consciousness and Spirituality:** The event needs to revolve entirely around raising consciousness and cultivating spiritual practices. This includes selecting relevant speakers, workshops and panels that align with this theme. 3. **One-Day Conference:** This conference is designed to be a one-day event. Your job will be to optimize the schedule to make the most of the available time as well as resource relevant speakers and workshop panelists, as well as coordinate a budget and marketing plan. Ideal freelancers for this project will have prior experience in event planning, specifically in organizing conferences, and a solid understanding of the health and wellness industry.
