Responsibilities: Collateral Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and create comprehensive collateral plans. Develop and execute strategies for creating impactful brochures, engaging website content, and effective marketing plans. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs. Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the collateral planning process. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with vendors, freelancers, or other entities that can enhance the quality and efficiency of collateral creation. Content Optimization: Conduct content audits to optimize existing collateral and ensure consistency in messaging across various platforms. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of collateral strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Training and Development: Provide training to internal teams on the importance of collateral in marketing efforts and ensure a unified understanding of brand messaging. Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets related to collateral creation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment. Market Expansion: Explore new markets and demographics for potential business expansion, adapting collateral strategies accordingly. Event Support: Work with the marketing and sales teams to plan collateral for events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to continuously improve collateral strategies and adapt to changing market trends. Social Media Integration: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure that collateral plans align with and enhance the company's social media presence. Contract Drafting: Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong background in collateral planning, including brochures, website content, and marketing plans. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with legal standards and contract drafting. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
