Recruitment of Physicians for Vaccinations Survey

Recruitment of respondents for 20min online survey of the following characteristics: 1. General Practitioners / Family Practitioners (GPs/FPs), Dermatologists (Derms) or Internal Medicine Physicians (IMs) in Taiwan 2. 3 to 30 years in medical practice since residency/fellowship 3. At least 70% of professional time is spent in direct patient care (rather than teaching, research, etc) 4. At least 50% of professional time spent in either private offices/clinics or private hospitals 5. For GPs/FPs and IMs: routinely recommend, prescribe, and/or administer vaccines for Seasonal influenza and Pneumococcal disease. For Derms: involved in recommending, prescribing, and/or administering adult vaccines. 6. Personally see or treat at least 75 patients for any condition in a typical week 7. Not more than 50% of the patients personally seen are less than 50 years old 8. At least 20% of patients aged 50 and above are in the upper middle class and above (annual income of NT$574,000 and above) 9. Have experience diagnosing and/or treating Herpes zoster / Shingles 10. Not actively involved as a clinical investigator, consultant, researcher, or patient in any ongoing clinical trials 11. Physician or immediate family not affiliated with or employed in the following areas: Marketing Research, Advertising or Public Relations, Pharmaceutical Industry, Pharmaceutical Devices or Drug Delivery Systems, Government agency (Excluding publicly supported hospitals) 12. Never participated in market research about vaccinations within the past month We will provide you with the survey links for those who qualify and you need to follow up with them to ensure they complete the survey within our timeframe. You will need to provide the following of each physician you have recruited: 1. Name 2. Specialty / Title / Position 3. Clinic / Hospital working at 5. General and Direct Phone Number 6. General and Direct Email Address 7. Answers to screener consisting of the criteria above You will also need to provide daily progress updates with regards to your recruitment efforts (how many contacted, how many terminated, how many recruited etc) and as well as the screening data for those terminated. Timeline to complete project: by 30 June (completion of surveys). Please provide your price on a per respondent basis who have completed the survey. This price should include the incentive to be given to each respondent who completes the survey as well as your fee for each respondent who completes the survey. Please also let us know how many GPs/FPs, Derms and IMs you are able to get to complete the survey within the timeframe. We will only pay for completed surveys. You will need to issue the incentives to the respondents yourself and send us back the acknowledgement of receipt of incentives signed by the respondents.
