Greetings! I need to find a manufacturer for a part, the part is an aluminum tube with a 1/2" OD and . I need the pieces machined with holes ported as shown in the image, the piece cut to 3.25" in length then deburred, and polished. I need to order 1000 of these pieces for delivery by early August / late July. I also need pricing on 1,000 pieces and 10,000 pieces. Thank you so much and I will update to respond to questions.

Please let me know more details on your requirements for this part. What inner diameter of the tube? Does it matter what aluminum type? And polished surface of aluminum is very scratchy and hard to maintain it. One more thing about delivery location, let us know were these parts must be delivered to calculate shipping costs also.
