Expert Magento 2 Developer needed – Upgrades, Bug fixing, Security & Maintenance

Hi This is a reposting of an existing open project but with more detail added so this is now a new project as more involved so please bid on this if you are capable to do the works. I’m looking for an expert Magento 2 Developer who understands multistore set up (two different front ends and one shared database) and the intricacies which comes with it i.e. one change can impact other store and have huge implications/break the sites. The theme for sites is Porto so must have an understanding of this theme. I have extensions/ modules so developer must understand how these work with theme and how updates can impact multistore set up. Porto version 3.2.3 Current Magento version 2.3.5-p2, needs upgrading to latest stable Magento 2 version which I believe is 2.4.6 Porto theme needs to be updated from 3.2.3 to latest stable version Sites are hosted on AWS so must have a good understanding of AWS and use free version of Cloudflare. Must know how to configure AWS server (lowest cost, optimised, secure). Re server I have been told that mine would be better with Linux upgrade: - “PHP upgrade from 7.2 to 8.1 - Installation of web server nginx, apache would be removed. There should be no reason to use apache and nginx should show better performance. - Installation of elasticsearch. - Installation of MySql 8, MySql 5 would be removed” so would need someone who understands this or has expertise in configuring the server. I need someone who has a good idea of SEO changes i.e. if SEO team need some changes done to the site, need developer to know how to complete them. Site speed is super important so any change/ work needs speed of site taken into account. Most importantly I need someone who is an expert in security for Magento 2. My sites have been hacked approx. seven times in six months and it will just be a matter of time before it happens again. My old developer continuously removes the malicious code and then a few weeks later the attackers find another way to get in. This either causes my site/s to go down, blocked etc and the cost to remove the code each time and loss of orders as sites recover is becoming crazy. I need to get to the bottom of why it is continuing to happen. My old developer has told me all security patches are up to date (need this confirmed). We thought eWay (my credit card transaction module) may have been compromised but they have confirmed there have been no breaches with their extension and it is safe and believe it could be an issue with Porto theme being compromised? I have been told the upgrades would help with the above but need to know for sure the sites are secure and no more loopholes. I get notified by the malicious code by Netcraft (I can forward some of the emails I have received if need be). As soon as I get the notification from Netcraft I have had old developer remove the code as any delay in removing, results in Cloudflare blocking my site or the code brings the site down and then my site rankings are negatively impacted which has a negative impact on sales orders. Please note right now the sites are clear of malicious code but I am not sure for how long. Other tasks I need done immediately but may be resolved with the above upgrades are: 1. Fix [login to view URL] file for both sites on multistore as they are now coming up blank (new issue) • SEMrush detected new issue on both sites in multistore setup. • In both websites [login to view URL] file showing the blank page • Semrush detected the customer login reference page links as issue (can provide screenshot if needed) • Need to block the customer links in the robots.txt. • Now the live robots looks blank but in the backend [login to view URL] file has the code. • Need to add the different sitemap link in the robots file • Looks like after recovering the site, the [login to view URL] file has not checked. So it looks blank. • SEO team said a php rewrite is needed? As multistore the two sites have different sitemap urls • I can provide screenshots which SEO team gave me to further help (they could not locate the code quickly so asked me for developer to do) 2. the below fields (text) are incorrect on both sites checkout page, I have had these changed previously and cannot find where I can do it myself again. This is really important as if these are not updated it makes it look like it’s not an Australian site and causes address issues when orders go through to my warehouse for processing. SEO team have said when their developer has tried to fix previously it impacts the ‘Wholesale Application form’ fields?
