We are looking for a customer support executive to provide telephone and email support to our existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with online pharmacies and be familiar with website platforms such as Magento and WordPress. They will also be able to communicate effectively with other team members, including our shipping and finance teams. Responsibilities: Provide telephone and email support to customers in the US time zone. Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and shipping. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, typically within 12 hours. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution. Communicate effectively with other team members, including our shipping and finance teams, to ensure a smooth customer experience. Keep up-to-date on product and industry information. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to help customers find answers to their questions. Track and measure customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in customer support for an online pharmacy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with website platforms such as Magento and WordPress. Availability to work in US time zone. Proficient in using email, phone, and live chat software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Rate: Fixed-price project: $750 Project Duration: 3 months and if its successful then it will be extended for a year. Additional Information: The project will be conducted remotely. The ideal candidate will be located in the US time zone.
