I need assistance setting up packet filter firewall on Mac os 10.10.2 -- 3

I need help configuring a pf firewall on mac os 10.10.2 to add an extra layer of protection against host spammers, attackers, botnet command and control servers, and other undesirable actors on the Internet.  I need to setup rules that will only allow sessions initiated from my mac. Here is a high level list of rules I need to setup  1) Log all failed connection attempts incoming and outgoing in separate files for later review 2) Allow outbound DNS queries only to servers residing on specific networks 3) Allow outbound web traffic only to specific urls from specific nic cards (the url list will be updated regularly) 4) Restrict outbound RDP traffic to specific IP addresses from specific nic cards 5) Allow outbound TOR traffic 6) Allow ICQ messenger connections from a specific NIC  7) The packet filter should be loaded at startup 8) I also need a quick way to make temporary firewall changes for application downloads from internet websites..
