Build me a metal coffee table base

I would like to commission the making of an art nouveau style coffee table base in steel which will involve making hand wrought tight scrolls 48 mm in diameter, laser cut sides(aprons), the bending of the legs into uniform question mark shapes ( 19mm x 10mm from steel lengths, 17 holes to be drilled and accurately spaced in each of the four legs to house 6mm connecting rods around the top arch and finishing a measurement above the floor. The completed two pairs of legs and connecting rods are permanently attached between the side ends . Four small bracket plates attached for table top fixing. Four small rectangular plates attached for feet. A spoked (3mm spokes) insert in a curved frame is inserted into each of the legs top main arch. I have several totally blacksmithed examples of this table with two jigs used to bend the legs and the insert frame. These can be supplied if needed. Professional drawings of all components will be supplied with details. An aforementioned made table can be supplied as a prototype to make sure an accurate reproduction is being made. A sand/shot blast finish to clean would be preferable. A point I would like to make , the wrought scrolls I think will be the only blacksmithing skills needed but I am hoping machinery ( probably a computerised set up) will be used for the bending of the legs and drilling of the holes for precise accuracy.
