I need advice and guidance from someone who knows all about end-to-end fulfilment and drop shipping, warehousing, packing and sending product to customers worldwide. My product is being made and/or sourced in China (it is made up of four components and I'd like someone who knows who to manage suppliers to get products to the fulfilment services to pack and send from Shopify orders. It may be you know enough about logistics in China to better approach how we can reduce handling costs too, for example, manufacturers/suppliers who are close to one another. The product is small and will three versions/packaging options: 1. the main device (to be injection moulded in China) 2. Additional products to work with the main device 3. A pouch (size of a large wallet) 4. The packaging I'm sure this has generated more questions than answers, so I'm reaching out to see who I can talk to in the first instance to give a better view, then secure someone to help me bring things together. If I don't get the kind of responses I need, I will contact logistics firms myself and try to work it out, but I'd much prefer to have an expert guiding me. Thanks guys.
