We moved servers and our Jasper Reporting is no longer working, likely because the IP address of the PostgreSQL server changed. We are OK with adding a second IP address to the db Server (and reporting server for network purposes) to make this work.

Hello, I can debug and troubleshoot why Jasper is not working and i can fix the issue by either changing the ip address and/or adding secondary IPs to the server. I can also check general server settings from performance and security perspective so to report you any pro-active actions that need to be performed on server (i can also perform them professionally). Hi, before accepting, please read: is the root-password of the pgsql-database known? It is probably not necessary to add a second port, but just open the connection on the postgres-db. Best, C
