Your primary duties will include: Offering legal counsel on various business matters, contracts, and agreements. Conducting legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts and legal documents. Representing clients in legal proceedings, if necessary. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Active and in good standing Indian membership and license.
