My company esalvagespares sells electronic components, as well as recycled products. It operates sales through social media, online classifieds and word of mouth. I've been looking into product liability insurance, but haven't had much success. So I'm looking for a product disclaimer document for customers to sign before purchasing. The disclaimer would be for customers purchasing but not limited to, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges and other appliances. The disclaimer would cover the company from injury and damage etc... Products are tested for electrical safety IET PAT, but also tested before sale after repair or service. I hope this makes sense and we can discuss more further.
