I need a call center In either India or Philippines Qualifications: - call center In either India or Philippines. - Solid understanding of uk services and utillities. - Excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques in clear English language with no accent. - Computer experienced and internet-savvy. Must be able to talk and type. - Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills. Your call center will be responsible for calling supplied UKdata to make a online survey with questions related to the company's services. The work will consist of getting the clients to answer questions for closing sales. The 2nd and 3rd calls will be handled by our staff at the head office. We will constantly be calling the surveyed lead within 24 hrs of survey completion. Incomplete surveys will not be paid for quality control will be in place 24 hrs a day, This is a full time project for one year. We pay per qualified survey. price will be discussed on trial of quality
