Lead Generation Specialist / Prospector

Our mission is to make website management simple, smooth, and stress-free, allowing our clients to focus on running and building their businesses. --- #### **Job Description:** We are in search of a dedicated Lead Generation and prospecting specialist to build a pipeline of quality leads and prospects interested in our services. This is a remote position, and we are targeting both individual site owners and also agencies involved in web, marketing, and PR who may be interested in our white-label services. To be clear, this isn't about generating lists of people on a spreadsheet. It's about finding people in companies who have a need for our services and who you can get to the stage in the sales process where you book a sales call with them that is then handed over to us to deal with and move forward from there. --- #### **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate at least 30 quality leads per week - Book 3-5 qualified sales calls per week - Utilize various channels to maximize lead generation - Communicate effectively with potential clients - Provide daily updates and reports on lead-generation activities --- #### **Experience:** - Proven experience in generating quality leads and prospects - Proven experience in taking qualified leads through to the sales call stage for other team members to handle - High-quality written and spoken English (C1 level or above) - Excellent communication skills - Demonstrable past success in similar roles - please provide details and references for this. --- #### **Traits We Value:** - Honesty - Integrity - Ability --- #### **Compensation:** - The hourly rate ranges from $3 to $10, commensurate with experience and skills. - Bonus options available depending on ability --- #### **KPIs and Goals:** - **Short-term Goal**: Generate at least 30 quality leads per week - **Book 3-5 qualified sales calls per week - **Long-term Goal**: Help grow the client base by 50-100 new clients over 12 months --- #### **How to Apply:** Please provide clear and concise details on: 1.
