you will have problems I think when using web ui builder because it require microsoft silverlight plugin, the best method I think is using for example node.js and react.js. react.js for building the ui, node.js as a server, and then build a node.js module that will exchange data with the labview program. I will require a lot of work as you can see, but it is flixible, you can add for example authentication easly, and realtime communication using socket.io.

I am a French Microelectronics & Control Systems Engineer living in Mexico, I have extended experience as a Test Engineer, developing application with National instruments software and hardware. For example I developed the automated test bench for 3 Aircraft's flight computer. I speak French, Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently, I am very detail oriented and I have excellent communication skills.
