Flash / Web / Game Developer w/ Experience URGENT!

Ok this is serious I need a VERY VERY good Flash/Web/Game developer who is very skilled and very dedicated to their work to setup and relocate a gaming site, with an existing structure that needs some work. You MUST be VERY skilled in Flash, Games, and Wed development technologies as there are some bits missing that need to be filled in to make everything work correctly, and I need it done FAST.
