Change in the image uploader jQuery plugin source file to allow for multiple use for multiple forms within the same page -- 2

I have a customized image uploader jQuery plugin which is designed the way I want. However, when I use 2 different forms "one for post and one for comment" in the same page. The post form image selector is working without any [login to view URL], when I want to upload images in the comment form and when I click on the image selector, all selected images review go to the first form "post form" instead of the comment form. I need some one to change in the plugin source file to allow for the plugin to be used multiple times within the same page. The plugin in source file has html page that show the plugin and how it is used. I need you to change in the [login to view URL] file. The source file has code for php. I use Django or the backend. The php is just for demonstration purpose. In my real project, I have 2 different forms already. Both of them working properly. The only thing is when I select images to be attached to the second form "comment form", the images review appear on the first form which is NOT WHAT I WANT. I wand images review appear on the related form. I have applied a freelancer before for the same project. He just created 2 forms and claim the problem is solved. Please, be aware is that creating 2 different forms is a piece of cake and I will never hire some one to make them. What I want is some one change in the plugin source file to allow for the plugin to be called multiple times for multiple forms within the same page and each images review is attached to related form NOT always to the first form
