501896 joomla 1.6 Template with additions.

Firstly only bid for this project if you are honest, reliable and can get the template completed by 3rd June 2011. I have far to many timewasters and people let me down in the past. Only bid if you can complete the project!! I need a template put into joomla 1.6. However this template is slighlty different. It will change at a certain time of day or by the click of a button. Best way to describe it is "day & night" template. I would also like some plugins put in and styled to suit the template. I have attached two jpegs of the template (day & night versions). they are the same except the colours change. I also attached a document that describes different elements of the site and what they do. Any questions please let me know. I am looking for some reliable and honest as I have 3 more projects waiting once this has been completed. So it could be a long term partnership
