I need to have a simple quiz programmed in javascript for one of my landing pages. It needs to classify the user into one of four categories based on the answers they choose. There are only 9 questions and each question has 4 potential answers. I will provide the copy of all questions, answers and outcomes. As well, I can provide link to repository with the HTML and CSS files. This is a replication website I am building so I can also provide a link to the already existing quiz. Essentially I just need my own replica, and my own javascript skills are too poor to achieve it. I am looking for this project to be done relatively quickly and low cost, happy discuss quotes.
