Mobile script

When a User visits our responsive webpage with his mobile/tablet browser, we want an icon to display at the top right of the page. When the icon is selected, it should direct the click through one of the ads on the page. To clarify the above: The icon and your click through solution will ONLY appear when the User is visiting on a mobile/tablet [login to view URL] visiting with any desktop device, the icon and your click through solution must remain hidden. The webpage will be provided to you, so that you can test your solution on your local machine. It would be ideal that your solution is called from a .js or similar script, and not visible in the page source. Realistic bids will be considered, for an immediate start.
