Looking for a programmer for a simple html/js(jquery/jqueryui) prototype

Looking for a programmer who can create a simple htm page with javascript code to manage a check list The project must meet the following specifications: - Only jQuery and jQueryUI are authorized to use as a JS framework - Must be cross-browser compatible - There's no back-end, only front-end (html, css & js) There's no logo or existing htm, this request is simply to have a prototype. Acceptance criterias: - 1 function called "CreateCheckList" will create an array/list in memory and return the html object (table) - 1 function called "GetCheckListData" will return the array/list of items in the checklist - 1 function called "AddItemToCheckList" will add an item to the list generated by the function "CreateCheckList" - 1 function called "RemoveItemFromCheckList" will remove an item from the list generated by the function "CreateCheckList" - The items in the list should be managable to change their order with a drag and drop like this example: [login to view URL] The function "CreateCheckList" must allow the following parameters: - Title of checklist - Image next to title - List of items (rows) - Checkbox for each line to show or hide (we won't manage different rows behaviour, if parameter is set to show the checkboxes, they will all show a checkbox) - Delete row button for each line to delete the current row from the list Please take a look at the attached file as an example. We are looking for this type of parent/child relation: List (parent) - Title (span) - Image (img) List Items (childs) - Checkbox visible or not (input type checkbox) - Description (span) - Delete row button (input type button) Must be completed within max 2 days.
