Develop Google Maps Widget using API with Custom Markers, Link to another page, and Check Box Categories, displaying a Satellite Map and responsive for mobile devices. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Google Maps API and JavaScript - Experience in developing responsive widgets for mobile devices - Knowledge of HTML and CSS for customization of markers and design of the widget - Attention to detail for accurate location search and directions implementation We need a Google Map developed with incorporated Google Map Real Estate Solution. Probably the best example can be found here → [login to view URL] It needs to have an option to add custom pin points → [login to view URL] These pins should have an option to add custom description and links → [login to view URL] It should also have an option to pull local amenities → [login to view URL] Additional filters need to be added for filtering buildings (can’t find examples for this nor documentation) - these can be checkboxes, select fields or fSelect (dropdown combo-box) field: Price range Waterfront Water Views Preconstruction Midrise Highrise Historic Neighborhood Apartments (rental) Also, we need to figure out a way on how to easily update this map (add new buildings, properties, filters). Possible usage of Google Spreadsheets (this needs to be checked)? This needs to be written in a vanilla Javascript ( or jQuery - as this needs to be embedded on an existing website). If needed, Bootstrap 4.3 is already being loaded on the website.
