I couldnt agree more...its bad enough when two of them get together to zip up their ratings. Too many of them are at it and the rest of us are getting our time wasted.

Couldn't agree more!! Let's fight to keep this site the way it should be. It was designed for those of us that are genuine in our service, quality, and about who we say we are. I agree with you guys, but we must be careful and not generalize. There are freelancers from all parts of the world that are genuine, and we have to deal with that. The problem is that in some underdeveloped countries these freelancers are content with selling themselves really cheap (so cheap that most of us don't understand how somebody will even consider doing a project for so low a price). I'm more focused on trying to get the client to understand that they get what they pay for. Some clients don't care for quality, well, I don't care for those clients. What really bother me are those "generic" bids that even seem to be automated responses (even on this same project somebody is bidding on it...how absurd can that be). The administration should really do something about all this. BTW - I'm rather new in this forum, I've been educated in the USA, lived there half of my life and currently working offshore...but haven't changed my rates :-) Is there an actual Forum/chat in this same site where we all freelancers can get together?

I agree. Very unprofessional. There should be a different section for these unprofessionals. I have a BS in Graphic Design, these "do it your selfers" flood the market and keep the price down, not only is it unprofessional, it is trashy. You get what you pay for. (a shoe string buget? please)
