I have 15 PSD pages that need be converted into HTML/CSS with a little Javascript (I think it uses jquery) for a simple transition and hover for certain areas. Your HTML code should be clean and CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with COMMENTS LINES. Site must be able to be viewed perfectly with IE, firefox, safari, chrome. Headers and Footers will be the same for all pages. I am looking to build a long term relationship since we will be building many projects up ahead. I really want to work with somebody that has a passion for what they do and is great at what they do.
