Hi. I made a website with squarespace.com. My website is berjer.ph. In the pages [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], I have embedded a code from knackhq.com. The code should load an application made with knackhq.com. The original url of the app is [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
The script used in embedding the app is
<!DOCTYPE html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.01//en" "[login to view URL]"><script>app_id="533cd5ba48468809042453f2";distribution_key="dist_3";</script><script src="[login to view URL]"></script><div id="knack-dist_3"></div>
and
<!DOCTYPE html public "-//w3c//dtd html 4.01//en" "[login to view URL]"><script>app_id="533cd5ba48468809042453f2";distribution_key="dist_2";</script><script src="[login to view URL]"></script><div id="knack-dist_2"></div>
The problem is, there are times when the app does not load at all. Especially when:
1. Pressing the back button in the browser.
2. And some other times.
At first, the app would load. But there would be times when the user is left waiting, staring at a page where the app would not load.
I am not a developer nor a coder, but I googled around and I think it has something to do with the browser not loading the scripts at times, example when pressing the back button in the browser.
With my site host [login to view URL], I can insert codes at the the header of the page. I can also insert codes sitewide including the footer, and I can also insert code in the body.
I'm fairly certain I know the problem, and it's a quick fix. I was trying to recreate the problem to confirm, but was having problems with that.
I've passed the JS exam and can finish this in seconds if I'm correct.
