The assignment is expected to last for **six months** which would hopefully be extended should the relationship work for both parties. You should be a Google Certified Adwords Professional (Certification Link Verification) and be able to evidence numerous successful Adwords campaigns with high conversion rates ensuring minimal CPC. You should be able to propose and configure reporting, metrics and key performance indicators to allow the minimum management input in managing the relationship. We expect to pay for some initial project scoping work (**$150**) and then pay a monthly budget (**$100**) to manage the campaigns ongoing. We will expect to see benchmarking and reporting of KPI's each month. Our willingness to engage with this individual long term will depend on steady results improvements, which if achieved will mean we are willing to revisit the remuneration for the role.
