Facebook and Email Marketing Needed

Hi Freelancers, this project is simple. I have a Education website in which I will be getting paid per lead generated. Since I have a good website but no marketing funds, I am opening it up to freelancers who have marketing resources. Simply put, you will receive $5 per lead generated from my website. I will be speaking to ALL leads directly basically giving them information about going back to school. If they want to speak to a University to get more information , it qualifies as a lead and you will get $5. I'm looking for a freelancer who can send out a minimum of $1,000 facebook messages per day. OR I'm looking for a e-mail marketers who can send out a minimum of $1,000 emails per day. In order to track and ensure that you are paid correctly, I will only be using 1 e-mailer and 1 facebooker. E-mailer's must have their own email lists. Only US Citizens are potential leads. I should be ready to start this project within 1 week... 2 weeks tops. This posting is posted exclusively on GAF for now. Please DO NOT bid if you want to charge me a base rate for your services, payments are made for leads only. Worse case scenario, you can try it for a week and if you don't like it, you are free to part ways and will be paid accordingly.
