I'm looking to get someone to build me a shelf that can hang from 'picture rail' skirting boards. There's not many options on the internet for a product like this, likely due to companies being scared they'll damage the picture rails. Where I live, their 1930's style and extremely sturdy. Important to note is that i rent and cannot mount anything to the walls, hence the desire to utilise the picture rails There is a company that does it but they're located overseas and shipping alone is $100 I basically want someone to look into their design or alternatives and make something very similar: [login to view URL] I can help with sourcing materials, vintage look is what I'm going for, so distressed dark wood, mahogany, copper pipes.
