Create an Animation as well as touch up on a character provided by me doing everything using illustrator CS6 only

I will provide a 2D character design sheet that you will need to touch up on the shading and lighting. I will provide the reference photo of another image with lighting and shading to let you understand what kind of style I am trying to get. Please don't ask for too much money as all I need from you is to touch up the character that I have already made and if you proven that you can do this job well, there will be more opportunities for you. Only people with portfolio will be picked.
