Need wordpress expert to fix server's resources overloading on editing page

My website is getting an issue randomly. Sometimes it shows an error and some times it works fine. Its done in wordpress and hosted with godaddy ultimate plan. The error says "Error establishing database connection." And sometimes it also gives an error saying "Service Unavailable/503 error". While it works absolutely fine sometimes. I am not sure why this is happening. Please check the attached image as well, its about stats which I see at cpanel causing this error (as per godaddy its due to website, and they asked me to check for the issue at website end.) I contacted godaddy support, they said everything is fine from hosting end. Its something related to website. [login to view URL] is creating garbage files. Hello Sir! I feel that, it is Host Server Side problem. That may due to too many visitors or a malware something which takes advantage of the memory and the server bandwidth also it can be the sign of server overloading if too many users online. You may have to upgrade the server at the end(in this case can give advice which host is better and what to do) Let us check out for you and Secure your server for free Sir. Thank you Regards Bryar

It seems there were too many Database connections due to which GoDaddy Temporarily disabled your account. Or your IP was used to send Spam due to which they blocked your site.. i can help to debug. as i have more than 15 years experience handling godaddy hosting.
