Ok, I have a site [login to view URL] that I need to build a form . I have pretty much made the for. You can see this here [login to view URL] But what I need to happen is: The person need to fill in the details. All fields mandatory, then upload their document which will be pdfs, or word files (i think). I think we need to allow for 5 documents to be uploaded. Once they have uploaded the docs, they hit the send button but before it submits the form I need to be able to show the user a popup window or some message that i can style nicely that will contain the prices that the client charges for the service. The user needs to be able to accept or reject those prices before the form is submitted and the form must only be submitted if they accept the prices. Does that make sense? Are you able to use what I have started? Oh, another point, I would like to be able to send the files that get uploaded with the email instead of uploading to a server or website. Is that possible?
