Our current header for our newsletters doesn't look right. We are looking for a designer to build an email optimised HTML with our white logo on A red background. Here are some more specifics from our CRM's (REX) support team- • Image boxes. Images are uploaded to Rex to fit a 4:3 ratio - this means that you can't use images that are square in shape (eg. a ratio of 1:1). • Use System Fonts. It's a good idea to stick with 'system fonts'. This allows all computers to view your newsletter in the same font. If you use a different or custom font, a recipient may not be able to view it, which will break the design. While there ways to get other fonts to display, it may not work on all of your recipient's devices. It's generally best to stick to the standard fonts all computers can view. • Email Optimised HTML: The HTML supplied must be email optimised. Your designers should understand what this means and must be able to supply the HTML in this fashion. Let me know if you need any more info.

Probably, I could be the best candidate for your project. Day after day for 5 months, I was involved in re-designing completely old HTML emails to new modern templates (and creating new ones from scratch as well), always testing the code on Litmus to verify its compatibility with the different email clients and devices, the main real issue of the HTML email optimisation. Of course, I am going to use a specific HTML syntax to avoid the common errors, especially for the Outlook client which is the most problematic :D I feel confident to fix your Header as well as other potential issues.
