fixing my html code

I need some help with my html code, I want to add the texts under the two textboxes (one for the full name and the one is for the email). When the user don't input their name, i want to display the text under the name textbox and under the email textbox as I want to display them once at a time as it should be written in jquery. The next thing I want you to do is when the user click on the submit button, I want the submit button to show the text "Submitting...." to redirect to the sales video without show the sale video url in the address bar. I want to add the name and email to be add in my getresponse list that the getresponse code should be adding in my fixed.html. And the last thing I want you to do is to set the border to be on the middle of the screen when the user set on the full screen. I need you to work on fixed.html.
