Design the floor plan for the ground floor and first floor for my house include outdoor landscape based on the following: • “L-Shape” floor plan • Total Land surface: 1324 sqm (AutoCAD will be provided) • Land is Lebanon on the Mediterranean • House Style – Mediterranean/Spanish • Ground Floor o Surface: 150 to 180 sqm o Kitchen o Living Room o Dining Room o Guest Room + Small Bathroom o TV Room o 2 WC o Outdoor patio (accessed from kitchen and living room) • First Floor o Surface: same as Ground Floor (including the outdoor terrace) o Master Bedroom + Bathroom o Room 1 + Small Bathroom o Room 2 + Small Bathroom o Outdoor Terrace • Landscape o No swimming pool o Olive Trees o Fruit Trees o Dedicated Area for BBQ o Dedicated area for growing vegetables o 6m X 4m Outdoor Workshop (total surface 24 sqm - located behind the house)
