Website color scheme modification

Hello I’m looking for someone to change design details such as background, header and page colors etc… from an existing website as to create 3 additional designs while maintaining the original site structure. The site has a total of 7 pages and most of the site elements are controlled with the use of CSS including the menus. The site is fully functional and won’t require any coding outside of color scheme. The present color scheme is grey and black, but I will need 3 extra color schemes that are typical for Real Estate sites such as blue, green and possibly beige or gold. The new schemes should make all three designs look unique. I have done a mock up of the home page in photoshop that you can use if you need and will send it along with the sit files. You will need to create or use different graphics or colors for items such as menu, header and page backgrounds in photoshop. All are currently controlled with CSS. I will need the source files at project conclusion. The successful bidder should be first rate at graphic design. I will select a provider by Tuesday of next week and will need the work completed within 5 business days from the day I award the project. If you cannot complete within it 5 days, please don’t bid . My maximum budget is 150 USD. I will have more projects like this next year, so please keep this in mind when you bid. Please submit examples of your work with your bid.
