I am trying to build a website (Weebly) & I need to add the ability to video chat

I am trying to build a website (Weebly) & I need to add the ability to video chat/consultation between my experts and clients on my website. I hope to find a service that will allow Admin the ability to monitor the consultations, even at a later time for records and for customer service quality. I am also having trouble with needing to keep off-site communication from happening. I would like to create a messaging system or email system where my clients and experts only have user names and have keyword limits like www,[login to view URL] does here when you may be in violation of privacy policies. But I need a way for this veil for lack of a better term (trying to protect the process), to coordinate with some ability to direct emails and service package descriptions or instructions to be sent to the experts right after the customer orders and chooses a specific expert to consult with. I hope I am not being confusing, I am sleepy (basically, the customer orders a package with a specific expert to consult with, then the email is automatically sent to the expert to notify them that they have a job ordered without giving the customers info. Possible?
