Rental Car and Sales Website Free Market...PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!!

We need 2 websites built for our Rental Car Company. One complex site, and then one simple site until our complex site is finished. The site has to built similar to the links that I will send you. The Website I'm about to send you allows other people to rent their car out too. Almost like Airbnb with property, but with cars. We will need to update information on our site and functionality for it to get better. So this maybe an ongoing for updates or new designs. We would need to have full control over the site with no back door entry please.(Without our permission) (NON DUPLICATABLE) We will test this just with our cars first, but the ending result will be to have other people able to rent vehicles. It will be looked at after in and out. The following attachments shows the following. * Customers able to create an profile account to get verified & rent. * Owners able to create a profile account to get verified and rent out. * Login Page for renter or owner. * Vehicle page will consist of cost, delivery cost, Airport option, Location, Photos, Distance included in rental, trip history, trip preferences - minimum amount of days. * Referral link for those to get a credit for referring someone else, and they get like $25 for referring, and customer gets $25 as credit. * Back office controllable if we would like to charge our fees at the end of checkout, and editable, and able to send out or change any promos. * Ability to suspend or delete someone's account. * Phone verification when setting up account with code to make sure the phone number is them. *Messenger for owner and renter to communicate with each other. *Owner should be able to see Booked Trips, Pending Trips, and Cancelled Trips. By mobile phone renters will be able to extend their trip from your mobile phone, and owners will be able to approve trips from their mobile phone. This will be new or extensions. Owners also have the ability to cancel trips. * For every rental customers will get loyalty credit for constantly renting on site. * Owners may also have the option of setting bid rate: this is where people can bid on the rate they will pay to rent. * Immediately after a trip each customer and owner should be rated. This should be viewed, but the only rating that pop up for the public is the good ones, but the stars show actual rating. * Owners should be able to list new cars from their page, and add any info and control their own pricing. * Owners should be able to block their calendar or change pricing for each day, and also able to put discounts if customer books a rental car for 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days, or Month and the system pics it up for the final charge to the customer. * Also should be able to having a sales page, where we can sell the cars as same. * Mobile app should duplicate view.
