We'd like to get help on a site we have built in html and css and add web app functionality to it. We primarily are looking for a user account creation system and login system and gives those users access to quiz questions and links the scores they receive on those quizzes to the user and captures it in a backend database. Look at [login to view URL] for inspiration with how we envision the account and login to work, as well as the individualized dashboard to contain various quizzes. We've already created the html content and would love to work with someone who is fast and writes clean code.

I'm fluent in Python and I have intimate understanding of the web technology stack necessary for this project. I have designed and maintained for several years data collection software used, among other customers, the Irish Quality Association. Graphics design work is NOT included in this bid. The deliverable is only the software, by default with a clean but minimalist web interface. However, if you have a theme, template, stylesheet, or skin for the project from a web designer, I will apply it to the software for no extra charge.

Recommend going the Django route, since it has built-in support for many of the things all real web applications need - such as authentication, hacker prevention. For the price I've quoted I can get your started with score & student database models, front-facing user-login & a few simple data views. And an administration back-end where these values can be adjusted by trusted users.
