ET PUBLIC Development Laravel

This project is to continue an existing project developed on Laravel-PHP. It will be to create a public interface for the customers to register themselves. We will be communicating at daily basis directly to a developer to build our product. Product/application: It must be secure. It must be deployable in potentially in different datacenters. It must use all the best practices and benefits from Laravel, responsive design. Time for Knowledge transfer to walk through how things are going to be developed and how to deploy are a must. Documentation of the solution must be provided for technical and for training purpose. Developer is responsible for designing and building an UI/UX as well as the backend. UX design must be submitted for approval prior the development starts. The application will need to be deployed in a test / training environment as well as production. It will be hosted potentially at digital ocean for dev/test and production might use a different datacenter. Wireframes and backlog will be provided on balsmiq and JIRA Application needs to be fully test automated I.e. self-tested. Front-End: Responsive HTML5/CSS, Bootstrap, vue.js/jQuery (if/when needed) <- incorporated into views and blade from Laravel.. Backend MySQL community edition. Static Files to be determined. Potentially Amazon storage or Digital Ocean Storage or both. Source code control git compatible. Developer must have experience to advise on cloud solution/technology and help us determine the best provider. Authentication for external users with social media and/or through registration. Laravel social plugin to be investigated/recommended. The final solution needs to be simple to be maintained and improved. This platform must be accessible through a mobile phone (responsive design).
