I need an existing website rebuilt to mirror the old site

Job exchanging format and data from one disabled sight to a new active sight. We have (2) websites. One which while accesible, is non-operational, and another wihich is operational, but is missing large amount of the data that we had in the original site. We are looking to task an individual with the job of transferring our data to our operational site. Below, are some of the particulars: 1) We possess all of the original files, and will disperse them, as needed by the programmer. 2) Both sites operate from sqaurespace, so a robust knowledge of their product, will be necessary. 3) Part of the files are audio in nature, and were uploaded via soundcloud. Knowledge of soundcloud will be important. Payor is open to new ways to apply the audio. 4) Portions of the files are also, rotating .gifs, that are to run continuously, in the background. 5) The images on the site, need to be protected, so a working knowledge of "right-click" disabling is required. 6) There will be additional content that will be required to be added to the new site, which is not on the origional site. The work is minimal, essentially, a few added videos, and new a few new boxes for merchandise. 7) The payment schedule is as follows: a) after 25% of the work is complete = 25% of the overall price will be released. b) after an additional 25% of the work is complete, an additional 25% of the price will be released, for a total 50% of the overall price. c) once 100% of the work is completed, to the payor's satisfaction, then the remainder 50% of the funds will be released. d) There is an opportunity fo a 10% bonus, for truly exlempary work. This is a summary of the required work, but should not necessarily, be considered absolute and complete.
