ONLY PROGRAMMERS WHO CAN WORK FOR $1.5-$2 PER HOUR SHOULD APPLY!!!!! I need a very young programmer to work with me on my site. 1. Setup a VMWare image of Windows Server with my site hosted on there. 2. Setup Adobe Flash Media Server 4 on the same server as the site connects to the Flash Media Server to get the live video streams. 3. Change the front page of my site to match [login to view URL] layout. I want someone with the lowest fee but can give longer term work until my site is complete but it will need maintenance too on a regular basis by the same guy. I prefer someone for $1.5-$2 per hour with codeigniter experience only and Adobe Flash Media Server.

After to review requirements; VMWare must to installate and after setup adobe flash media server. At last after to installate SVN and git, It must follow the codeigniter installation, until to develop the project.
