A Few years back I had a full control over my website backend. We were able to change pictures, pages, We could add products take off products, We were changing prices etc Website had a few hack script attacks and we moved the website to the new hosting company and now we have lost the all control over the ability to make changes to the CMS like we used to do. We can’t seem to change anything. We cannot see new orders in the admin [login to view URL] for that reason the customer when they buy something they don't get any confirmation email. And they end up sending me separate email to ask what happened to their order. We need that to be fixed. We had an option for Free Delivery for orders over $120, it stopped working we want it to start working again and change the price from $120 to $150 for free delivery People are not getting dispatch emails, they used to get them before please fix that. Following pages on the website became empty. It used to be there before and we are not able to update it using CMS for now. I will send you the copy again for these pages please put it there. about us empty terms and conditions empty privacy policy empty faq empty And We want website to be responsive. Design is ok as it is, but we want it to be able to load as mobile and tablet responsive because Google Ads don't work properly and they give message saying manual approval by Google Staff needed because website is not responsive.

hi, What I learn from experience is, there should have been some thing more you have not moved or some more hack codes still residing in the website. We (you and me) should first check if the codes and pages are hack free and virus free, else when something was working perfectly cannot stop working overnight without a change in the codes or apps. If you think everyting is fine then we need to check the configuration of your new server as well so that it replicates the same as your old server. So there are a few things that we need to check before we try to work on the codes, else it will kill the pages more and more and you will start loosing patience. You will keep working on errors and errors, one breaks and other works etc, So, please check the codes if it is working and then may be do a local copy and see if the functionalities are working properly as well, If you can give a chance, I can check what is the errors and send you a report for you to act upon, Best regards, STG
